“Just to add to the Comments Of People That Are Irritated or Disappointed with Having To Deal With The Credit Union Never Answering The Phones. Its Certainly An Inconvenience But I Will Suggest FLCCU Members Call More Than One Location To Get To A Live Person. Do I Like It? No, But I was Pretty Determined Fo Get My Issue Resolved. I Find That The Main Branch In Charlotte Answers With No Hesitation. Going In Person May Help, Also. So Far I Am Very Pleased With Becoming A Member, Signing up Did Use A Little Elbow Grease As Some Of The Papers Were Repetitive But After Sign-up was Completed, Everything Went Smoothly. I Had Used One Of The Salisbury Locations And One Of The Tellers, Tea [pronounced Tia] was Very Kind, Accomodating And Knowledgable. It Wasnt Too Busy Inside Of The Location And It Doesnt Take Up Valuable Time. When You Sign Up Be Sure To Bring A Utility Bill With Your Name On It, Your DL And SSN Card.”
