They offered to take my photo and offered me a free paper hat and showed me the donut making process...which you can see through the glass wall! I had so much fun and the donuts were beautiful looking and amazing! Fresh outta the fryer was so good!! Thank you so much for everything you did to make my visit amazing!!”

“Great customer service by Mamie (cashier name on receipt), not sure if that was their name, but the individual had the nice long hair at the front register. My food was hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. The orange juice was also really good. Every time I am driving my truck OTR I will try to stop and have breakfast at Biscuitville. So far I have been to two separate locations and have had 5-star experiences at both. Keep up the good work Biscuitville.”

“After leaving a local indoor child playground, I stopped by here to get lunch for my son and I around 4:35pm. I ordered via the app. The drive thru long was long and wasn’t moving. So I decided to go inside. The food was ready when I went inside. I needed to ask for a cup and the chocolate milk that came with the kids meal though. While getting my beverage, I noticed that the floor was sticky even though there a wet floor sign. I also observed the staff looking like they did not want to be there. I asked one staff for BBQ sauce, she gave it to me but didn’t say a work at all… her face was so flat and yeah. It was evident she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff was not working together too. One staff was treating new employee poorly :( On another note, our food was correct. There were no issues with it and we enjoyed it.”

“Very nice experience. Lady at order counter greeted my kids cheerily, and was fun to chat with. She suggested I buy a reusable mug to get the discount and I did, - didn't even know Starbucks gives discounts! Drinks were made correctly and quickly. Will visit again!”

“The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant.Service was friendly. There were an adequate number of places to charge a phone. Unfortunately, both restrooms were out of order. When I tried to ask a question about this I was put off and no one followed up to learn what I was asking. It seemed almost impossible to exit the location and go back where I came from without making a narrow u-turn. If there was a way, I didn’t find it.”
