I got to know folks like Mary Jo (I still miss her!), Susan, and others by name and every one is just as sweet as can be. I will NEVER leave this credit union. They have been nothing but good to me and mine from day one, and when bad things happen (divorce, stolen card, identity theft) they have always been alert, communicative, patient, understanding, and professional. Heck, they find out about things that went wrong with my account and call me to let me know before I even have a clue what's happening! Big banks don't take the time. These folks CARE, and it shows. Please, if you ever need a bank that makes you feel like a person and not just a number, think about these lovely people. You won't regret it.”
