“I was really discouraged with my former physician because I felt like she didn’t care and didn’t have time to discuss my health concerns that were bothering me. I felt rushed like she only had 10 minutes allocated for my appointment before she had to move on to the next appointment. And she dismissed one of my concerns letting me know there was nothing she could do to help. About 9 months ago a friend highly recommended trying Rowan Health and Wellness. Unfortunately it would mean an hour drive for me to get there. But I decided to try it thinking that the only thing I would be out was the gas and time to drive an hour there and an hour back home. Insurance is filed on your behalf and resources are available to possibly help with cost. Your son will be in contact with his counselor and have group sessions many times during each week. Your son’s counselor will work with your family to work through the trauma of having a situation in your family where you can’t do it at home. Follow-up therapy, a tune-up weekend, continued yearly reunions, availability to stay in touch for guidance and consultations are just some of the features of Capstone. The director has done his own work and so have the counselors. A strong counselor must first know his or herself to assist others in their journey. My son asked to be baptized while at Capstone and this is a spiritual community: however, a young man must dig deep into his soul and in dealing with anger, addiction, loss, and grief, our son was not ready to accept God until he could accept and forgive himself. If you need help for your child, I highly recommend Capstone Treatment Center. Capstone saved our family and our son’s life. Thanks be to God.”
