“Have read other reviews of this post office with complete confusion because what is described is not the post office I know. Somehow I have the feeling the reviews were written by people who are either very touchy or confused. I had horrible experiences with my old post office of Oakhaven - was hung up on and treated rudely and so on - but nothing remotely like that has happened here. The postmaster is a kind lady and she helped me when I was having trouble understanding something regarding change of address forms and also ensured that my packages were treated with care and got to the house on time when there was a difficulty with the sender. All my mail gets here on time, nothing gets lost, and this is poles apart from the post office in North Charlotte.”
