One time they were out of ice, and they’re always slow (but not with smoothies) and the customer service is lacking but…today when I went in they were on the ball! There was someone coordinating prep and customer service and I highly recommend. I order online or call in and that way don’t have to wait. Very grateful to have higher quality food to purchase for lunches or on the go!”
