“I had the pleasure to tour during one of their open house weekends. It's currently maintained by the Friends of Sauratown Mountains. They shared it's history with us and there was an informative video at the start. It was fascinating to tour it as is and try to imagine it in its original glory. Apparently, next year they're doing badly needed renovations so I hope to come back in the future to see the work. Beware, if you go in the summer, it's very hot inside and out! The hike to the mineral water house isn't too hard, but it is a walk down and hence, up hill on the way back, plus can be buggy in the summer (be prepared). It's hard to see the dam and water wheel through the vegetation in the summer too.”

“This is a small pediatric ER, so we were the only ones there that I know of. I had to take my 3 year old son there yesterday. They were so patient with my son because he likes to squirm and he has a very high pitch scream. My son thought it was a great idea to lodge a bead up his nose but thankfully with some suction, it came out. Thank you to the staff that was on, y'all did a great job”

“It's very nice small Cafe style restaurant. It has many main options but a small selection on sides. Service was very quick and super nice. The burger was delicious!!! Flavor was beyond on point!! The say cheese grilled cheese was really good but I was more involved with the potato salad and I am not a fan of potato salad and I left craving more of it. I will be returning soon.”

“I've grown up on this river and at this park. At 43 years old, I still love it! There are a few built in grills, a small playground area for kids, plenty of space for volleyball or soccer, a covered picnic shelter with restrooms.... not including tubing down the river.... It's freaking awesome!!”
