Our house went under contract very quickly, but then we ran into a variety of problems and issues. Linda was very calm throughout the whole process and even when we felt like throwing in the towel and dropping the purchase contract, she talked us through different scenarios and helped us stay on track to what our end goal was - to SELL our house. She communicated well between us, the buyers, and the buyers agent. She definitely was a calming influence when stress became high! Also, she is very well connected in the community and has many contacts that she was able to refer us to for different services needed.
