“This is by far the best meat around. All of the meat beef is raised by by the owners, Preston and Emily Cave. We found it totally by accident driving by and are planning another trip back this weekend, and it's an hour drive for us (that says it all!). If you know what you are looking for there is plenty of prime grade beef to be had, and boy was it delicious. We dealt with Preston, the owner. He is a very personable, and down to earth man, willing to answer any questions that you might have as to the raising, the homemade feed recipe, and the slaughter facility used. All meats are federally inspected. They also sell whole or half sides of beef, as well as live animals. If you live anywhere near them you MUST stop by at least once, "especially" if you are planning a large oudoor party, your meet will be the talk of the party. I really can't say enough about the quality of the meat. We are so glad we were traveling on that road on our way back from visiting some wineries earlier in the day. They are open on Saturdays from 8am until 1pm, and ANY OTHER DAY by appointment.”
