I was having problems with my well and had been without water since a Friday am. I waited until Monday to call and had never used Tew's plumbing before. I initially spoke with Jason's wife, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his business. Jason arrived at my home within a few minutes of calling. He was friendly, kind, professional and quickly accessed the problems with my well system and went to get the parts. He replaced, a tank, bladder, gauge s , filters, very quickly. I had water. I had also asked him to repair an outside water spigot. This proved to be challenging though he remained patient and calm, and went and got additional parts. Very reasonably priced. For all the work he did and time spent.

We'd never used Tew's before, but when Justin came out, he quickly took care of our problem. He is super professional and so happy to make suggestions that we can do ourselves and educated us on our well system. We can not recommend Justin Tew more than any plumber we've ever worked with. If you are in the Pilot Mountain area and need a plumber, you won't find a better professional to take care of your situation than Tew's Plumbing. The best plumber in the area. He will give you a fair price and do excellent work. Very punctual and once he starts a job, he finishes it in a timely manner. His wife is very nice too.

Jason Tew came to my home and had my water running in less than an hour. His fee was more than fair but perhaps more importantly he is friendly, kind, helpful and knowlegable. He is now my Plumber of Choice! I highly recommend him and his services!
