“Really nice group of guys in the service department. We still have an issue but they are working on it. They gave me a loaner because it was going to take a while. They didn't think so but I knew it would. The worst thing was apparently the loaner had a bucket of air freshener spilled in it somewhere because you couldn't ride in it without all the windows down. You could smell it outside 10 feet away. I had to go out of town so I just let them have it back early.”

“I could type out the whole story, but I’ll try to keep it short (hindsight I failed at keeping it short). I spent two years looking for a decent truck I could afford. I found it here. I don’t like haggling, I’m typically not good with people and social interactions. I felt damn near at home while there. I personally mostly dealt with Lisa, who is one of the kindest people I’ve come across in my 30 years. Jimmy showed no difference in that, in my limited interactions with him. I bought my first vehicle from them (without my parents to help me [my last vehicle lasted me since basically fresh out of high school]) and I was super concerned about how I would handle a “snake of a car salesman” as my father would’ve put it. I couldn’t have been more relieved to have been blessed with buying from them. There’s so many words to say, but none that are worth enough that they deserve. Thank you so much for you insight and aid, your kindness and expertise, your straightforwardness and just overall great customer service. It’s weird saying customer service, because it didn’t even feel like that. It felt like buying a car from someone I’ve known all my life, even though I met you for the first time. Like buying a car from a friend. I wish you both the best of luck in all your future endeavors and I can never truly express how much my experience with you meant for me. “I purchased a Mercedes GLK from 268 Auto Sales, we flew in and drove it back to KS. The car was as described, and Brian and his wife were both very friendly and easy to deal with. My only comment is that the paper NC temporary tag didn’t even survive one day due to the rain and snow that we drove through, a plastic sleeve or laminator would be helpful. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would buy from them again.”
