My child has been receiving services here for a couple of months, and we are absolutely blown away with her progress, as well as Ms Rebecca’s approach to OT. She is the first therapist to ever tell us after an evaluation, that what was on that overwhelming paper was not a definition of who our child is. And truthfully, that alone meant the world to me. We had a not so great experience with her previous OT, and Rebecca has been so patient and accommodating, doing everything possible to make sure that we have a positive experience. Needless to say, now we get lead into the building by the hand, instead of crying when we pull into the parking lot before a session! If I could give them 1000 stars, I would, as they deserve every bit of it!!”

“Very helpful and fast. I had bought a lawn vac from DR Power and since Vast Equipment is a dealer DR Power had them work on the motor on the leaf vac. It arrived at my house with a dented rope recoil assembly and also fan shroud and so couldn't crank. I called DR Power they sent me to Vast Equipment shop and I dropped it off the day after speaking with Vast. The Day after that they called to tell me it had been fixed and I could come and pick it up. They showed me it cranking and running then I brought it home and it worked just fine as well. Thanks so much for your expedient and careful work!”

“Dr. Brintle and the staff that I met today was very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and comforting. Tonya made sure that I was comfortable with every X-ray she took. I am very pleased with the experience. I do not have Dental insurance and am very pleased with the cost of procedures at this dental practice. They also made sure that I was aware of the cost of the procedure before starting the process. Today I went back for my cleaning with Ashley and everything was just as nice as it was yesterday. My cleaning was very thorough and timely. I’m very impressed with this staff.”

We left early this morning to pick up an order that will be taken back to Peachland NC. Upon arrival the discovery that their was an issue with our order and how it had been processed. I made one phone call to John, John made one phone call to Tarah, and then I had the absolute pleasure of watching this young lady take a situation that would’ve required us having to wait an extended period of time and turn it into the perfect example of A+ customer service. It’s not A+ because of the short time frame it will take to correct the issue, but more so the amount of effort and personalization she applied to the circumstance. Even if there had been no change to the outcome of the particular situation, I would not be able to be anything less then grateful for the EFFORT and concern she bestowed. Give this young lady an award for how she represents her employer, because she and John are the reasons I choose to purchase from Central States.
