Matt and his team were very professional fixing our sewer pipe when it broke. We called and he was out the same day. A blessing to our family. Highly recommend.

Master Tech came out for a bad valve from street to house for water. While fixing our 20 yr old valve they looked at water heater and said it didn’t meet code. Parts were sitting in corner, never put on by Rock Hill company. It need work not done at install 2 yrs ago.
Carbon dioxide from gas heater was going into our garage; not good. Gas line had 3 splices in line which there should be none. More parts put in up side down…
I asked about water softener? Matt showed us a Filter for much less cost. Tested water we could see differences in color and taste. Matt fix my water heat; put in water filter that’s giving us great clean water. Excellent work on time, price right. 5 stars.

Billy Adams arrived timely and was polite. He went straight to asking the right questions and gave the assessment of the costs before proceeding with repair. Then upon approval he started to work without wasting time. He was fair and let us know what the problem was and kept us informed all the way thru. He was informative and helped point out things to be aware of. We would definitely use this service again.

We’ve called several different plumbers for various issues over the past year. Master Tech has by far been the most responsive, quickest service. When we initially called we were able to set up an appointment for the next day for a non emergency repair. The technician was friendly and communicated when he was on his way. The final repairs were just completed today but so far, I’m very pleased. I highly recommend them.

We called Master Tech on Wednesday with an immediate need to replace a leaking water heater at our daughter's new condo. They were out there the next day and took care of the water heater and a handful of other items that needed to be fixed. We were traveling so the tech kept us updated throughout each repair with pictures. In this market it's hard to get someone to call you back let alone take care of your issue within 24 hours AND not charge an arm and a leg. We highly recommend and thank them so much!
