When I told her I would wait in my car right in front of the store, she gladly volunteered to bring it out to me(noticing I was having a bit of trouble with my knees). And it was done in less than the time they told me. The new battery seems to have been the fix needed. She told me to let her know if I experience any problems in the next few days.
