The quality of work is amazing. We had a large outdoor space to include an outdoor kitchen and hot tub. Fun Outdoor Living provided the most complete, one-stop-shopping package offered by any company that we had look at our job. In this time of supply chain issues, they got the materials in and the work done in short order, within our time frame. Our sales representative Adam Kruze was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied. I would recommend Fun Outdoor Living to anyone that is looking for a high quality space that they can enjoy all year round for many years to come.

We purchased the Hot Springs Pulse with the Salt system from the Cornelius location . Art was our sales person. We started our research online and decided to visit a few showrooms. We are a family of 5 and never owed a spa before. Art was really helpful in providing us with the information we were looking for, based on our needs. The whole time we spent at the showroom felt like we were being provided an education on spas and not once did I feel like we were being "sold" a spa. That was not the experience we received from the other showrooms we visited. I'm very happy with our spa and our decision to work with Art. Art has been very responsive with all my questions. Fun Outdoor Living exceeded our expectations! It started with a hot tub purchase and ended with a backyard oasis. Andrey helped us bring our ideas to life! Zane lead the team on site and followed through with every promise! We had a screened in porch and a multi-level deck created. Each subcontractor, from framing, roofing, painting (William) , electric (Andy - Pyramid Electric), and decking, was professional and detailed. Response time and communication was excellent. The final install was the hot tub, where again, they had the most courteous and detailed people on the job. Dustin sealed the deal with coming out after hours to make sure we knew how to work everything with our new hot tub. We are grateful for people who are so professional and care about their work. Thank you! We will be back for our next project!
