Jeff is a great guy and super friendly!! If I ever get in a jam I know exactly who to call! You guys are awesome!

The operator was super knowledgeable and set me at ease as he secured my truck to his rig. He had obviously had tons of experience as he made it look easy. I hope to not require this service again but If I do, I know exactly who to call!

Backed into a ditch at 5:30pm I called several towing companies one company said they would call me back after waiting 20 minutes for a return call I called Jeff at Hooked towing he answered the phone on the first ring and told me he was 15 minutes away 15 minutes later he was there 5 minutes after that I was on the road again it was the best towing experience I’ve ever had I will never call another towing company thank you so much

Called Jeff when my wife's truck would not start. He was more prepared than I expected, hooking up a diagnostic computer to check for codes, offering honest advice, recommending next steps. Very responsive and professional.

I was extremely pleased with Hook Towing. I had gotten the run around with another tow service earlier that morning. I was under a tremendous amount of stress. Jeff gave me a quote and followed through immediately. He called me to keep me informed on the arrival of the driver. I didn't have to call him. The driver came exactly when he said he would. Junior, the driver, was professional, courteous, patient, friendly, and hard working. I was very nervous about everything. He assured me that everything would be ok. I needed to be back at a specific time. He got me back with words of encouragement. I highly recommend Hook Towing.
