Chandler’s first hand knowledge of swimming was extremely helpful for my son. I was impressed and my son was experiencing relief from a back injury very quickly through therapy and dry needling. His taking time to explain his treatment plan from a swimmer’s perspective quickly gained my son’s trust. (It may take a little longer to convince him
he doesn’t need oxygen on a 50 free 😂) 5 stars - Definitely would recommend! Thanks Chandler!
I have been going to FLO Physical Therapy & Performance now since September 2020 and have had great results. I started to get back into swimming in the summer of 2020 and experienced heavy back pain. After doing a couple of PT sessions with Chandler my back was feeling 10 times better. I also had knee and wrist issues that I was able to get better through a few sessions as well.
FLO also offers great strength and conditioning training, as I have been lifting, working on speed/agility, and mobility now for about 2 months and have seen great results in the pool. This training has allowed me to drop time in a few of my events in the past two months and I highly recommend this training to any other athlete looking to get better.
I highly recommend going to Chandler for any PT or Strength & Conditioning needs you may have.
I highly recommend FLO Physical Therapy & Performance!
Without an injury, I went to see Chandler to determine how I could optimize my training for swimming. Chandler did a SPEED assessment to pinpoint my opportunities. While humbling, the assessment focused his attention on key areas. He provided me a list of exercises to improve those areas. Wanting to take my training to another level, I then worked with Chandler to design a multifaceted 12 week program to enhance my mobility and strength. I’ve nearly completed the 12 weeks and feel tremendous in the water. I plan to continue working with Chandler for years to come.
After years of chronic shoulder pain, it was evident my old therapy methods were no longer effective.
I began seeing Chandler at FLO Physical Therapy primarily for dry needling. After one session I felt relief. A couple of months later he completed a comprehensive assessment on me focusing on opportunities that will improve my swimming performance. Chandler promptly followed up with realistic exercises I can do at home.
Not only is Chandler’s expertise second to none, he provides a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend FLO Physical Therapy.
I went to Flo Physical Therapy not because of an injury but to become a better swimmer. By going through the speed evaluation, I now know the exact areas to focus on to improve my performance in the pool. I was sent a follow up email detailing the exercises I need to do along with a link of Chandler demonstrating the exercises. This was very helpful.
