(July 29, 2020, 12:14 pm)It got 4 stars because it is a free local trail that is a good distance. There are markings of color on trees throughout the trail but no map or legend as to what these colors mean and how long the trails are. We hiked/walked for about 2 hours and memory got us back to the car. It's beautiful and very natural regarding sounds from the highway are a faint part of the experience. There's several planted plants that are marked for the botanist type. We'll go again since it's so close to town.
It is at the end of the Agricultural center for Monroe. Lots of woods to experience. Bring water.
