“This is truly a small town post office where you run into the same people every few days. The employees who work there are very nice and patient...especially when it gets crowded in front of the counter...On Wednesdays the post office is only open in the morning...Be careful when trying to park behind the post office...It is a tiny lot but there are spaces marked off so you can park on the side of the road.”

“I had a fabulous phone experience with Erica at this post office location. I was waiting anxiously for a package that was supposed to arrive Jan 4 by 8pm. That didn't happen. At 10:30am, Jan 5 I received a text that my package had arrived at the Monroe facility and would be delivered Jan 7. I called the Monroe location, Erica was so pleasant & helpful. She located my package & my mail carrier. Erica made it happen, I get my parcel today!! I couldn't have ask for a better outcome. Thank you Erica!!”
