“Their policies might suck, it’s a bank after all looking to make money... BUT I don’t know what position he holds, this guy C. Cullen was AWESOME!! I took my 17-year-old in to cash some bonds in and open an account - this should take maybe 20 minutes. We were there for almost, well, I don’t want to say in case he gets into trouble - but we had such a great experience with Mr. Cullen. My son thinks Mr. C Cullen is an awesome guy.
