Jason is a very nice person. He enthusiastically introduced the CVS card application process to me in detail and helped me to complete the application. Unfortunately, I was not able to help him through the CVS survey system (due to some technical issues). I hope he is happy every day. Very pleasant experience!

Great customer service through phone

Very good deal for the used washer dryer that i bought from the seller. I searched and compared a lot of sellers and their prices at facebook marketplace and found this was the best. The delivery was immediate once i finalized.

Quality Appliances delivered a washer and dryer to our daughter's apartment today. Her father and I live in Michigan but our daughter lives in Fort Mill, SC so the business end had to be handled in another state. After checking out many of the big box appliance stores I saw Quality Appliance through OfferUp. Quality Appliances was wonderful! The owners were so hospitable, honest, responsive and followed through with what they promised. Our daughter called following the delivery and installation and said the people who delivered were so kind and made sure the appliances were working before they left. She also said the appliances were very clean and beautiful. Thank you Quality Appliances.

Great customer service! I spoke with Marlin and he answered numerous questions and responded to my emails immediately. The delivery service was very prompt and the installer was gracious as I laid plastic down on our new carpets while he wheeled in our washer and dryer.
