(June 26, 2018, 7:27 am)“Mr. Bowman is with a property management company called Bowman Real Estate.
His company, Bowman Real Estate, hired Diamond to install flooring in 20+ homes and FAILED TO PAY his balance. Mr. Bowman has stated numerous times that he does not have enough money to pay us for the work. Even when he tries to pay, he pays with bad checks drawn on insufficient funds.
Mr. Bowman has given us the following explanations as to why his company does not have enough money to pay:
(1) His wife has been stealing money out of his company’s account;
(2) He is having a hard time meeting his own payroll;
(3) He had to close down all of his bank accounts;
(4) He neglected accounts payable, leaving him with $250,000 in expenses which he could not afford to pay;
Bowman Real Estate is currently in default. For months, we have made every attempt to work with Mr. Bowman on payment terms. When we gave Mr. Bowman a final request to pay his overdue invoices, he unfortunately wrote this review instead of simply paying Diamond what he owes.
We apologize for this public exchange. We felt it was necessary to respond to an unfair characterization from Mr. Bowman. We will be proceeding through the proper legal channels.
