“Best Biltong since Snoggy's in London, UK. Having never been to South Africa, London is my only point of reference. Several really fantastic things about Biltong, USA: 1. They SHIP! Occasionally intersecting with my work as an environmental test engineer and sometimes a bit of home work. Some of the local suppliers won't bother to talk to you, much less sell, unless you are at their counter every week; master's license not withstanding. Skilled trades counter services generally don't operate at internet speeds. There are live people, taking the time to help live customers solve problems, be it electrical, HVAC, wholesale parts, etc. Don't expect to cut to front of the line by calling on the phone.”

“Water heater sprung a leak, Yikes!! Called Stefan@ Carolina Plumbing Pros. They have repaired other plumbing issues in my home and I was very impressed with their knowledge, speed and efficiency. So, calling them for this problem was a no brainer! They replaced the water heater, updated all plumbing as required to building code. (The water heater that leaked was original to the home, 26 years old). The whole process from start to finish took less than 3 hours!!! The pricing was fair and Stefan is a Man of His word.
