“I have been with this company 10 years now and they are the best. I have a maintenance contract with them and keep returning every time its time to re-up. They are honest, polite, clean, helpful and their mechanics are always very helpful. I had - what I thought was an emergency - it wasn’t - but their general manager came out as quickly as he could and took a lot of time in figuring out what my “issue” really was and we were able to sort out that I was being overly cautious. He replaced my filter and I got off cheap. Really, if you don’t want to worry about your air conditioning, call these guys, get into a contract with them and rest easy.”

“We were on our way to Florida for Christmas and made a stop at a friends in Charlotte and the refrigerator in our MotorHome stopped cooling. After trying to get every dealer in the area to look at, with no success, we found RV & Camper Refrigeration on line. Called and talked to Melanie and she set us up a day to bring in our RV and repair the refrigerator. It needed a new cooling unit and they build them on site. They replaced the unit that day and had us back on the road again. The unit they put in is far better than what came from the factory. We had them remove the ice maker, as we bought a countertop unit from Sam’s club that makes ice ten times faster than the one in the fridge and frees up a lot of room in the freezer. The unit cools so much more efficient that the temp we always set it at was too cold and started to freeze the milk so we now have it on the warmest setting and it works great. I HIGHLY recommend them for refrigerator repair and probably about any repair your RV might require if you are in the area.”
