Can’t say enough good things about Dawn and her personal training studio in Apex. I recently had a major health issue and Dawn immediately stepped in to help me get back on track, she truly can work with everyone on every fitness level. I have been going here for about 3 years and have loved the variety of classes that lets me work different parts of my body each day. She has plenty of equipment as well as the knowledge to help you properly use it. Dawn is so encouraging and motivating and will help as well as push you every step of the way. Every person that attends a boot camp class is so nice and inviting so you are sure to make a friend. Even my kids go, my 10 year old son loves it! It is clear through her bootcamp classes and personal training that Dawn has a passion for fitness and people and will make sure that you reach your goals.

As a personal trainer & fitness instructor, I’m very picky when it comes to my fitness routine. When I decided to hire a trainer for myself, I knew Dawn was the right fit for me.

I work with Dawn in one-on-one sessions and also attend her weekly Boot Camps. Dawn has a very motivating coaching style— I know I wouldn’t challenge myself the way she challenges me!

Both my personal training sessions and group Boot Camp workouts are safe and effective, while also being challenging and fun. Even though the Boot Camps include a variety of people with different fitness backgrounds, Dawn provides modifications for people who may have injuries or are beginner exercisers while also challenging veteran exercisers.

Although I love Dawn and her workouts, my favorite thing about Body by Dawn is the community. As a personal trainer struggling with my workouts, I came to Body by Dawn in a vulnerable place. I was immediately welcomed to Boot Camp by both Dawn and the members. Dawn has truly created a positive environment where everyone supports each other, which makes Body by Dawn my favorite place to workout!

Dawn is an incredibly gifted personal trainer. She knows how to motivate each individual client to get him or her to achieve results. Every work out is different. She offers lots of variety in both PT and boot camp. If you want to get stronger and healthier, Dawn is your go-to gal. Plus, you'll love her personality. She makes PT fun!
