I work with Dawn in one-on-one sessions and also attend her weekly Boot Camps. Dawn has a very motivating coaching style— I know I wouldn’t challenge myself the way she challenges me! Both my personal training sessions and group Boot Camp workouts are safe and effective, while also being challenging and fun. Even though the Boot Camps include a variety of people with different fitness backgrounds, Dawn provides modifications for people who may have injuries or are beginner exercisers while also challenging veteran exercisers.
