“My husband and I drove 3 hours from our to Raleigh to pick up a travel trailer. We thought that our tow vehicle was manufacturer equipped with a trailer brake control. Nope! We called R/A Hitch and found out that they had the control for our vehicle and could install it as soon as we could arrive. Install took about 60 minutes and presto, we were able to pick up our RV and start back home! Fantastic service - smiling faces - clean & impressive facility - we are impressed!!
