“So I try to avoid this place because it's alway very busy and the employees aren't super friendly. I had no choice but to use their services today. Must be my lucky day. 1) It was empty and 2) Tracy was working the counter and what a sweetheart she is! She was patient as I tried to figure out my shipping options, and then came after me in the parking lot with my car keys and a big smile. My day started with encountering a rude person and Tracy made me feel better - all because of her kindness.”

“Went to Starbucks inside of the Harris Teeter wasn't expecting much and boy that was wrong I was pleasantly surprised at what I saw and what I got only wished I live near there so i could go there every day and get the same experience I am really happy. Sometimes I do wish I was still young and could just sip coffee and chill all day going there reminded me of my desire to be young again”
