We recently purchased a home in Clayton. This was a new build which is a different scenario from an existing home. Mimi and her team was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. They were very proactive in ensuring our closing took place on time in spite of some issues that came up late. They were very vocal on our behalf. Mimi informed us from the beginning what the processes would be going forward and some very helpful tips to maintaining a new home. Mimi and her team followed up with us after the move too which was so nice. High five for the high level of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by the crew. This definitely made our purchase and move enjoyable and less stressful.

Mimi was very helpful in finding us the home we wanted at the price that we wanted. My wife and I had an idea of where we wanted to live and the type of house but being 1st time home buyers, did not the the process. Mimi help explained the the whole process, showed us the type of houses we were looking for and got a us a great deal when on a new house exactly where we wanted.
