“What an amazing gym! I've been going to Workout Anytime off and on for a few years. It's always been a good gym but they have really stepped up. The biggest changes started when Ahmad joined the staff. He's constantly cleaning and making sure that everything is in place. The entire staff is friendly but it seems like he knows everyone and is always pleasant and happy to help. They have added new equipment adding benches and squat racks clearing out any wait times that I had before. Speaking of benches and sqats, I have made significant improvements to my lifting thanks to Ahmad and his willingness to share his expertise. If you're looking for a clean gym with well cared for equipment and a great team, you have found it!”

“Haven't went to the dentist in 10yrs so anxiety was high not only for the basic dental cleaning visit but also finding out I needed 5 teeth extracted. The extraction procedure went great, the music I got to pick relaxed me tremendously, and the dentist + dentist assistant were both extremely supportive and patient, and knew when I was feeling uncomfortable so they talked me through a LOT until it was over. I would recommend them to anyone for anything. Once I heal from this, I would like to go back for teeth whitening. They're costs for all services are also incredibly reasonable, considering some of these offices I tried calling will make you think about selling a body part just to afford a routine cleaning.”

“I moved from Charlotte to Raleigh a few months ago and in the move, I did something to my back that felt almost like something was catching in my upper back. I'd heard about Dr. Selle from one of my wife's friends so I went to him for a quick alignment. Of course, the alignment fixed the "catch" in my back, but what really impressed me was how he took the time to really explain the spine and how it served as a foundation for all around mobility. Since then, I go once a month for an alignment and he's always professional and friendly. I wish there were more providers with his level of attention and care.”

“Ashley is great. She explained all my insurance benefits in a comprehensive manner. She was most helpful in that I didn't think my insurance covered TMJ. I was pleasantly surprised that my insurance did cover TMJ treatment. Ashley actually called me to let me know that I was covered by my insurance and explained in detail what was covered. TMJ is the place to go if you have TMJ. The whole staff is great and will take care of your issues with TMJ.”

“Today I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in a long time. My teeth have been neglected and I knew there was lots of built up plaque. My hygienist, a young woman was named Meg, she looked elegant with her head covered with an exotic turban, which she made herself. She is a delightful person. Aside from this she was very gentle, courteous, and VERY GOOD at what she was doing; I do not remember having a more thorough cleaning in my entire life, which is extensive. My teeth shine. A second doctor came in to check on the work and they consulted with each other and me as to what to do next. Some problems that showed up on X-ray may require additional work so they gave me something to think about. I highly recommend this firm to anyone.”
