I have to say I was quite apprehensive about consulting with a bankruptcy attorney. I had consulted with several different bankruptcy attorneys, but he was the only attorney who was very direct, well informed and extremely efficient. While other bankruptcy attorneys gave me uncertain outlooks, he was able to provide a confident and promising resolution to my particular situation. I noticed how sharp and efficient he was when I first consulted with him over the phone. When I actually consulted with him at his office, my initial impression of his acuity was confirmed. He precisely laid out the most expeditious plan for me to file a Business Chapter 7. He was able to outline this process and see me through this as painlessly as possible, allaying most of my concerns.
When filing for Chapter 7, there is a mandatory 341 meeting with trustees that determines whether you will be able to successfully file for Chapter 7. He was able to arrange a meeting with the most optimal conditions. He also was promptly there before I arrived and accompanied me through the entire meeting. I was surprised to see that there were many others at that meeting whose attorneys were late. Much to my satisfaction and relief, the meeting went very well.
