Triangle Wellness & Recovery

(trans woman speaking here) I had my first appointment today with Lydia. I know it's a pretty limited experience so far, but I am so happy with the experience that I had to come here to leave my first ever healthcare review. As I told Lydia at the end of our video call, it was the best healthcare experience I've had in years, maybe ever. She didn't seem rushed at all, had clearly read all of my intake forms carefully (wow!), and really listened to get the whole picture of my current life experiences. I felt seen, heard, and cared for, which I never feel with other primary care providers. I'm so thankful to have found this clinic. Good healthcare is so hard to find in this broken, crumbling, and shameful society.

We are so glad that we have this fantastic resource right in our backyard! I am highly impressed with the quality and experience level of the staff, their truly tailored and creative programming and their warm and welcoming environment. Triangle Wellness is ideal for those wanting help recovering from both a substance use disorder and mental health issues like depression or anxiety. The best part is you can change your level of treatment from very intense to maintenance depending on your needs at any given time.

I would like to highly recommend Triangle Wellness & Recovery and Dr. Sara Koenig to everyone who is looking for a place of real healing and wholeness. I was privileged to meet Dr. Koenig a little over 2 years ago at a critical time in my family's life. Having been on a journey of looking for help for my family only to find limited results, I quickly recognized the difference as we began to receive care. Dr Koenig's knowledge, commitment and understanding has been invaluable to my family's road to wholeness. We have since met several members of the Triangle Wellness & Recovery team and the environment is unlike any other. Everyone is truly committed to assist in our road to a healthier life.
