I was also told about a members discount program. Whoever that employee was is awesome!!! Wish everyone had such great employees like this. “I have been to Raleigh Family Solutions for a little over a year and a half. The atmosphere of this Therapy office is comforting and inviting, neat and tidy, which I love! My therapist, Erin Healy is one of a kind. I look at therapy like trying on a pair of shoes, sometimes you have to try on more than one pair before you find the perfect fit. I have found my perfect fit. Erin Healy has learned to speak my language. She is hands down one of the best therapists I have ever had. I am truly a lucky person to have found someone who not only speaks my language but can always meet me right where I am at, she has excellent intuition. She has truly found her calling. On another note during this pandemic this office has offered teletherapy and has given everyone the opportunity to still continue with Therapy. Which is so wonderful during such a difficult year. I also became aware that Erin Ballard was doing videos on the Facebook page during this past year during this pandemic. She held a session about meditation that helped me a lot during a very lonely time. I also listened in on the FB page to her Q&A about the different questions clients were having during this pandemic. I felt like not only has this office been a very safe space for me to unravel and work on myself it has been a great tool for me to find comfort in knowing that I am not alone in this world. I am thankful that Erin B. held these sessions where we could connect on the FB page. Thank you so much to Erin Healy for her continuous support during this journey in life. “Cheap prices are what brought me in but Carl's customer service is what made me want to write a review. BJ's only staffs one person in the tire center so you have to be understanding about wait times. Its not the tech's fault. Carl clearly does everything within his power to take care of everyone. This man HUSTLES in the shop, is polite and courteous, and was outstanding in his communication of when things could be completed. Work was completed, torqued correctly with a torque stick, followed by a torque wrench. 5 stars for Carl.”

“Rental went smooth, got the rig I asked for, no surprise charges, very easy check in and check out. The gal during check in (didn't catch her name, she was back with braids, but I suppose there could be more than one) was super sweet and professional, and did a good job. My only complaint is when I first called the new manager had a bit of a curt tone and seemed stressed. He could take a tip from the Hood River manager (who is always so friendly) on customer service tone in hospitality business. But he did get me the vehicle I wanted which is the most important thing. I would use them again.”

“Visited Jan Sunday 24th 2021, my surprise was two waitress. Manager and kitchen manager were working hard attending customers. My impression is the crew are committed to serve their customers like they were the owners. Nice crew, very dedicated employees, great attitude. If I were owner of this location, will be proud to have everyone who work that Sunday. Food was always very good.”

“First, the customer service absolutely sucks. Second, why have an air pump that takes either quarters only or check card? I went in to ask for change and the lady very rudely says "you need to wait for a cash sale". Never once made eye contact and just walked right back into her, what I am assuming "break room". I KNOW every register has a no sale button and you are only told to say that. It was only me and one other person in the store. I am asking for change to use a product that has YOUR company logo on it. I am making a sale! I live right down the street. The guys that work there seem to be ten times more pleasant than the females.”
