In his first (trial) session, he noticed he had significant weaknesses in isolated muscle groups that he was not aware of. In the 2.5 months he has been attending sessions at Athletic Republic, he has noticed great improvement in his speed and strength, as well as correction of the prior strength imbalances. Track season started this week, and he has noticed significant improvements in his abilities, and all pain free. We will be re-enrolling in future off-seasons for sure. Highly recommend.
