“I recently employed Noble Renovation to finish my basement. The project was to turn my unfinished, 900 sf space into a movie theater, bar area, general purpose room and half bathroom. The biggest thing for me that one needs from a contractor coming into your home is trust, and Steve Noble very quickly earns your trust. My project came with some specific requirements for the movie room, not least of which was a significant amount of soundproofing. Even before the contract was signed Steve did the necessary research to understand it and was very attentive and accommodating of the smallest of details that come with effective soundproofing. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work also. The trim guys he uses were particularly good. He lets you know what work is scheduled that day or week etc and even though we suffered a few weeks delay, not Steves fault, he still got the work finished by Xmas as he had promised. Steve visits the project regularly and oversees progress, updates you etc rather than just calling subcontractors and letting them sort it out. You can probably find contractors that are cheaper than Noble, but his pricing is very transparent and certainly reasonable, and when it comes to home remodeling, you absolutely get what you pay for. We were certainly left content that we got a great product and value for our money. I would absolutely recommend Noble Renovation to anyone looking for any kind of remodel and Steve is a pleasure to work with, who takes pride in both his work and his customers.”

They are licensed, insured and GAF Certified, using the highest quality products and modern techniques to give you a beautiful result that will last for many years. Project management was great. They supported us through the claim with our insurance company by meeting with the insurance inspector and following up with the many details, making it easy for us. Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took only about two days and was done with the least amount of disruption to us. The clean up crew was marvelous and the yard and grounds were back to normal very quickly. Everything seemed to work like clockwork, although I know that excellence like that doesn’t just happen without top-notch project management and attention to detail. “After some recent heavy rain, we developed a leak under a skylight in our dining room. We contacted the company who installed our roof. We were told they would only offer a 30 day warranty on repair work, therefore, we opted to look elsewhere for a solution. We had heard radio commercials for Dave's Roof Repair, so, after reading reviews on Nextdoor, Yelp and Google, we decided to contact Dave. We described the issue and set up an appointment for him to come out to our house. Dave arrived on time and got right to work diagnosing the problem. Dave was very careful and considerate of our property, he placed protective covers on his ladder to ensure he would not damage our new gutters. We agreed on his proposed price and within 30 minutes, he had completed his work. We believe the price was reasonable and he offered us a 3 year warranty on the repair! We will definitely contact Dave again should we have issues with our roof!”
