I need to start going here at least once a week. I had red curry noodles. Get it to go. The seating area is very small.
(November 24, 2020, 3:00 pm)I ordered the spring rolls and the red curry. The spring rolls were large and came with a side of peanuts, peanut sauce, and Sriracha to add your preferred spice level. They were so good! The red curry was also amazing, the perfect balance of spiciness and light sweetness. This is my new favorite place for curry in the entire Triangle.
(November 9, 2020, 5:06 pm)I had the ramen here and it was amazing. I was really skeptical about the curry and the fried chicken together, but I was pleasantly surprised about how it tasted together. Drunken noodles is also a really good option here.
(September 18, 2020, 8:11 pm)The chicken, pad Thai, and Lao sausage brought back a lot of meal memories in Laos. Only thing missing was a little beer Lao... Great takeout service and packing. Highly recommend!
(August 21, 2020, 3:20 pm)Saw heartfelt twitter thread about how hard pandemic has been for Yin Dee and decided to give them a try. REALLY glad I did, it was great!
Up front, pickup was EASY and safe. You can't go inside. There is a sign out front with numbers to text or call, then your order is brought out to you by a masked employee.
We got pad thai, red curry, and tom kha. Everything was quite good and portions were large for the price.
They weren't afraid to make the red curry (properly) spicy, but it was just the right level of heat. Chicken was tender, lots of veggies too.
Wife and daughter had the pad thai, said it was excellent. Portion size there was quite big.
Tom kha was creamy and tasty! Had cherry tomatoes in it, which is a first for me but I liked it! My only suggestion would be a bit more chicken in the soup, but there was still plenty.
Overall, very good food with seamless pickup. Worth a drive for some tasty thai food that's honestly cheaper than most other options. We'll be back, and I wish the owners luck!
