As I’ve gone through my fitness journey, going from 320lbs to 175lbs only a little over a year ago, I’m always looking for new ways to change up my fitness routine and am still figuring out my way around weight lifting. They have an amazing variety of machines and equipment, clean and spacious area’s, and a wonderful group of team members that make me feel welcome each and every-time I’m there. As I’m not a seasoned lifter, it’s great to have amazing trainers that are always willing to help and throw some advice your way. The fitness community thrives in O2 with a friendly, hassle free environment for anyone from beginners to advanced athletes.
