As I’ve gone through my fitness journey, going from 320lbs to 175lbs only a little over a year ago, I’m always looking for new ways to change up my fitness routine and am still figuring out my way around weight lifting. They have an amazing variety of machines and equipment, clean and spacious area’s, and a wonderful group of team members that make me feel welcome each and every-time I’m there. As I’m not a seasoned lifter, it’s great to have amazing trainers that are always willing to help and throw some advice your way. “We have the best experience with my daughter's full immersion preschool-international kids club. They do lots of creative arts, dancing, interactive story time, and most importantly they mixed the kids from different age together so the older one can learn to be a leader and younger one can learn from the older one when they play together. “The team at KAM is very observant and communicates important information to us that has helped us raise our child at home. They work with us to plan feedings and always share insights into our son's development. The Team is kind and pleasant. They are always inquiring how we, as the parents, are doing, inviting questions and concerns. The caregivers are very in tune with comfort needs of the children and address clothing needs based on the season and the type of activity available to do each week. The rooms are clean and tidy yet still allow the babies to interact with their environment and each other in a non restrictive way. Everyone knows everyone and this can be a good or a bad thing, but we are like a family, especially once we proceed to higher grades.
