“My daughter loves Performance and loves her coaches. I am reading these reviews and can’t belief how some of the complaints about this place was “ the coaches were too hard on my kid”. I think this place teaches kids good morals and hard work ethic by the coaches being tough but also very encouraging to the children. I grew up playing sports and we were run to the ground by coaches but it made us better physically and mentally. If you want your children to really learn hard work ethics, have fun and be lifted and encouraged then this is where they need to be for gymnastic. Society now is too soft!”

“Both of my children (ages 5 and 6.5) have been taking weekly ninja classes for more than a year. They have also done multiple days of ninja camp at Rock Solid. They love walking in and having the coaches know their names. They have grown leaps and bounds both physically and emotionally. They have more confidence in their abilities and they are more willing to take risks. We HIGHLY recommend Rock Solid Warrior camps and classes.”
