Professional and willing to help
I needed a plumber to do some work at my elderly mother's house. She has special needs and it's always very difficult to deal with service people coming into her home. Tom was beyond understanding, closely communicating with me, arriving at exactly the time I needed. I wasn't even able to give him much notice, and he still graciously accommodated us. We are grateful he made the whole experience easy for us!
