We have relied on them for all insect and even a brief period of mice for years. Excellent service.

We had a few small field mice that found there way into our home. After finding the 3rd mouse in a week we called and they sent out on of their crew members, Tonya. She helped us find where the mice were entering the home and help us seal the holes and pack them with steel wool. She climbed under our home to lay additional bait pellets and she was able to discover where they had been nesting.

After she was done we settled up on payment and we have not seen any mice since she laid the traps and pellets.

We will be calling this company if we ever need an exterminator in the future.

Young lady showed up today for scheduled service. Caught us off guard because she was a few minutes early. Who is early anymore!..lol. She was completely like you'd see on a TV commercial. Super professional, smiling, polite, and thorough about everything. For that matter, we've had consistently professional service like this. Older fella , I think his name is Jeff, comes to mind. Bottom line, of all service outfits who come out, Alexander Exterminating is the best. Make a point to recommend them when I'm out and about.

We have utilized Alexander Exterminating for our home since moving to North Carolina 2-3 years ago. We subscribe to the quarterly service and I have no complaints whatsoever. In the beginning the servicemen were very informative and educated myself and my husband about NC's insects and what to expect since we're from the northern states. They provide service with products that are safe for our indoor animals. We've had 2-3 different servicemen and they've all been very respectful and polite and I have no problem with them coming into my home. I love the online payment option, and anytime I've had to call the office I've either gotten someone to pickup right away or responded to my voicemail promptly. Very happy customer here!
