Cadence Garner

This place is the absolute best! My grandma stays here and she cannot stop raving about how great the care is! She says that Jessica is the absolute sweetest and adores her dearly! So grateful for wonderful places like Cadence!

My mom came to Cadence exactly one month before the pandemic hit. I know for a fact this pandemic has been hard on her and our entire family; however, I feel that it has been handled extremely well thus far. One thing I loved about this community was the friendliness of the staff, and the feeling of home. I think this has remained the same even admist this horrible pandemic, and I feel that this is what has kept my mother somewhat positive throughout. While I wish the timing could have been better in placement, I feel that Cadence has continued to do a tremendous job.

My aunt has been in this community since it opened so therefore we have visited often. I always valued the fact that you felt like you were home the moment you walked in. The staff is really good at making you feel welcome, and knows the families by name which is one thing you don't get at every community. Things have been different with the pandemic of course, but giving everything going on I think that the staff has done a phenomenal job.

I see a few patients in this facility and cleanliness is something you notice from the moment you enter the building. Mrs. Rodgers and Jessica are without a doubt the glue to this community, and are both extremely dedicated to their roles. While I often work directly with Mrs. Rodgers, seeing Jessica's smiling face each time I visit is certainly the icing on the cake.

I spoke with Jessica, a representative for Cadence this evening. She took my call at 8pm to work around my schedule. During my conversation with Jessica, I found her to be extremely helpful and informative, but also very candid, in terms of the entire process. This is not something I do not always experience when speaking with different Assisted Living Facilities. If you are searching for Senior Facilities, I highly recommend speaking with Jessica.
