I also ordered a special birthday ring, a beautiful golden citrine with a custom gold setting, and John did the most beautiful job I could have imagined. “Could not believe it. Placed an order on the app and it was ready exactly when it said it would be. When I walked in there was one guy making pizza, making wigs, boxing the food, cashiering, and answering the phones. I don’t know how he did it so smoothly and efficiently and with such a tremendous attitude. On top of that when I got home everything from my order was correct and absolutely delicious! “Just had Coats fix up a ding in my bumper that was affecting my blind spot monitors on my 2020 Mazda last week and cannot rate them highly enough! The girls in the front office, as well as their production manager, kept me up to date on the repairs every step of the way so there were absolutely no surprises. They helped get everything lined up with my insurance before the repair and their customer service was top notch overall. They made the whole process super easy for me. Plus, the repair looks great and my blind spot monitors are functioning properly again! Hoping to not need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I’ll be going for car repairs.”
