This is quite possibly the smoothest sale transaction I have ever had for a vehicle purchase. I walked into the dealership right before close looking to do a vehicle trade in. Randy Adams worked with me patiently and diligently even beyond close. He was extremely welcoming and did not pressure me at all. Upon discussing the trade in vehicle, he inquired about my purchasing pursuits. I elaborated on the pursuit of a Large SUV and he showed me some spectacular models in my price range. He offered to bring one that I was interested in from their alternate location just for me to test drive.

The kindness shown to me sold me on them. I visited for the test drive and the vehicle was the one. There was no haggling and it was a very kind and pleasant communication process with him and the whole team at Jeep Dodge. They expedited the process and worked smoothly. They ensured that they took care of all vehicle needs made during the process and they have stayed in touch even past the purchase

He didn’t pressure me into making a purchase that day, he was very patient and answered all of my questions, and updated me on my purchase everyday without me having to ask him. He brings great energy into the business and if i plan on getting another car one day I’ll definitely be coming back to him.
