I appreciate that it's a combination of kickboxing AND HIIT AND weight training. Thanks for the well rounded workout experience guys!

I’m not very athletic and I hadn’t done kick boxing before and they staff is wonderful about tailoring workouts to my skill level and making sure my form is correct to avoid injury. The workouts vary daily and are actually really fun. Bonus - you get a full workout in 30 minutes!
