(October 13, 2019, 10:06 am)Excellent doctor who listens to her patients and recalls information on each visit. She is kind and patient. Dr. Azeem refers to top notch specialists when it's required. Her office staff is responsive and makes sure you see the doctor in a timely manner.

Followed her from Apex Like many others and although I now moved from Apex to Morrisville, i still have her as my PC Dr. Great front and back of office help. Polite, personable, knowledgeable. Convenient Saturday office hours. Plan to have her as my PC for years to come.
(January 13, 2016, 9:54 am)Dr. Azeem is the best GP in the area. The care and concern she shows exceeds all my expectations. She takes a personal interest in all areas of your life, not just the medical. She genuinely cares about her patients. I would travel any distance to keep her as my GP. Her staff is kind, warm and welcoming. Elizabeth greets you with a smile when you walk through the door and you can see she loves what she does. Don't worry if you need a shoulder to cry on they will lend you theirs. I have seen Dr. Azeem several times over the past 6-7 years and would recommend her to anybody. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
(September 9, 2014, 3:03 pm)I have been a patient of Dr. Azeem for over 4 years. She has always been very friendly and helpful in treating me. I followed her when she moved from the Apex location to Holly Springs. Very nice office and convenient for me! Highly recommend!
