“This is Dan’s wife, Valerie :). I had such a pleasant visit today at Signature Family Dentistry in Holly Springs. It started off with the friendliest smile and conversation from the sweet lady that checked me in. Then it moved to the dental assistant that stayed with me throughout my appointment (Brianna)!! I could not have asked for a more pleasant and congenial helper during my time there. She was easy to talk to and made the whole appointment very comfortable. I would LOVE to have her at my next appointment. Dr. Walker was the dentist at the practice that day and he was terrific as well. Very accommodating and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. Overall, I give them an 11 out of 10! Great Job SFD!!!”

“Dr. Azeem is the best GP in the area. The care and concern she shows exceeds all my expectations. She takes a personal interest in all areas of your life, not just the medical. She genuinely cares about her patients. I would travel any distance to keep her as my GP. Her staff is kind, warm and welcoming. Elizabeth greets you with a smile when you walk through the door and you can see she loves what she does. Don't worry if you need a shoulder to cry on they will lend you theirs. I have seen Dr. Azeem several times over the past 6-7 years and would recommend her to anybody. I would give her 10 stars if I could.”

She went above and beyond to try to figure out what was causing our little guys seizures, and really made us feel like we weren’t alone. Even though our sweet Winter didn’t make it, I know Dr. A did everything in her power to help him, and for that we are forever grateful! “Five years ago when I was experiencing left shoulder pain and was searching for the right doctor to make it stop hurting and heal it, I visited an Orthorpedic doctor and a Chiropratic doctor. I chose to go with the Chiropractor, Dr. Shawn. His method seemed to make sense to fix my shoulder pain. After about a month, the shoulder pain was gone! Which was great BUT even better, after a few months of visits, I noticed a significant improvement in my DIGESTION! I assumed my digestive issues were due to age, but in fact the alignment of my spine was the actual cause! I am so thankful for this discovery.
