“Delivered here on a Tuesday. I actually parked overnight in one of their docks. I had a 7am appt and they knocked on my window at 6am. The guy was super friendly and they unloaded me in 15 mins. They also let me go back to sleep and sit because there were no other trucks scheduled to come. The closest truck stop was 50 mins away in Dunn Nc. They were super fast and super friendly.”

You can spar with people and roll with folks far superior to your own skill level without having to worry about getting humiliated or hurt. Really good vibes here. Everyone works together to challenge each other physically while learning new techniques. Can’t say enough about coach Cory. Because of him I lost 25 pounds, got back in shape, and am now officially addicted to jiujitsu.”

“Zeal Strength and Conditioning is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. I started at age 40 and am still going strong at age 50. Regardless of your age or strength though, if you want to feel strong and accomplished at the end of the day, you belong here. Mike does an excellent job programming the workouts so all you have to do is show up. If you need to modify or substitute, the coach will set you up. Morning or afternoon classes available and you don’t have to sign up - just pick whatever class time works best for you that day. Nobody judges, everyone is encouraging and on your birthday, you get to pick the music:)”
