I was greeted with a few new faces, one being the new Manager of this location and she was nothing but sweet and polite. I'm hoping this means that things are going to get better for this location! Even the food looked better.”

We did have one order that was not right and I was ok with it really but they insisted on making it 100% correct and gave us dessert on the house and that’s one incorrect order of many many orders over 5-6 years now that’s consistent and in these days that’s top notch superior service. “Always delcious pizza! Yummy, without making my stomach super bloated like their competitors. I order from them about once a week. This week, I called in, then realized my husband wanted something different on his pizza. I called back in a few minutes and asked if I could change the order. But they'd already put the pizza in the oven! (fast...) The guy asked me what I wanted to change it to, and I told him, saying 'Thanks anyway, I would have ordered Hawaiian". Lo and behold, when my pizza was delivered, there were two boxes-- one with my original order, and a bonus personal pizza that was Hawaiian!! The bonus pizza was free. How cool is that? Five stars forever!! If I wasn't loyal enough before, I certainly am now!!”

“Came in with a large group of people. Staff was extremely nice and very considerate! Right off the bat as we were waiting after putting in our orders, they came out with free hot melted butter garlic knots!! So good and above and beyond. They really cared about our experience but were also genuinely nice people. The food was also great! We all ordered pretty much everything off the menu, pizza, calzone, wings, subs, salad, and everything was perfect.”
