“I was at my dealership down the street with a flat tire. Their service department was backed up and they said it would take several hours for my car to be seen. Another patron told me about discount tires and called them up to find out the wait. It was much less of a wait so I left the dealership and went right over. My service advisor Jesse went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. He was professional and courteous and empathetic. My vehicle was new and my mileage low so he called Goodyear to get a credit for the damaged tire which was still under warranty. This saved me money out of pocket.
